The Assistant Director of Finance plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of [Hotel Name]. This position works closely with the Director of Finance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records, maintain compliance with company policies and external regulations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess a strong understanding of hotel accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel finance, with at least 2-3 years as an Assistant Director of Finance in a hotel setting. Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced urban market, preferably New York City. To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently with or without reasonable accommodation.
