Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management. This role involves analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance financial performance and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

Qualifications:
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Certifications: CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
